What is a shared USSD?

This is a code that is used by multiple companies or services. Each company is allocated a channel on our dedicated codes, for example *123*100#

How long will implementation take?

It takes Three to Five days to Implement

What integration interface do you support?

You will be required to implement HollaTags’ USSD JSON API into your applications while we provide the necessary API information and integration support

Do I need to have my own Business Application?

Yes, it is assumed that you have an existing system for managing your internal business application.

What is the duration of a session?

The duration of a session is Twenty (20) seconds

Do you charge VAT?

All payments are subject to a 7.5% VAT

Does shared USSD use data?

No internet connection or data needed. USSD codes works across all the cellular networks

Can my users pay for their sessions?

Due to regulatory guidelines, no. Reverse billing is applied so you pay on behalf of your customers.

How many sessions will it take to complete a transaction?

This is dependent on the number of the steps for the transaction and user carrying out the transaction

What is the charge for using the shared USSD code?

All you need to pay is a connection fee of N50,000+7.5% VAT and purchase a minimum of N50,000 worth of sessions.

How do I monitor my wallet?

Daily usage logs are sent via email you used in registering. Additional email addresses can be added on request

Is the service Prepaid or Postpaid?

It is a prepaid service.
